Legal status in India

Kixo9 operates under an offshore gaming licence, with the operator and the issuing authority named in the app's footer. We do not print a licence number here. Kixo9 holds no Indian licence, and no page on this site claims otherwise.

Gambling in India has long been governed by the Public Gambling Act 1867 and by state law, because betting and gambling are a state subject under the Constitution.
